Two sizes: 119 standard poker (63.5x88) and 15 small (44x68) Invader cards. Card-type counts sum from the BGG component list (36+22+32+2+15+8+4 = 119) and match Ryker's per-game kit (119 + 15). Most players only bother sleeving the frequently-shuffled decks.
