Skip-Bo uses the same narrow Mattel stock as UNO, about 56x87mm, which is Standard American ('Standard USA') size. The deck is 162 cards: 144 numbered (twelve each of 1-12) plus 18 SKIP-BO wild cards. That is a lot of sleeves, so budget two 100-count packs. Sleeving will bulk up the deck well beyond the original box tray.
