Notes

The 200 word cards are 45x68 (Mini European) per Sleeve Kings and the BGG sleeve reference — NOT poker-size (a common generic-blog error). The box also has 40 larger key cards plus agent/bystander/assassin pieces (16+1+7+1; card-stock in older printings, tiles in the 2025 edition, ~48.5x72.5 non-standard). Word cards are double-sided, so many players do not sleeve them.

The same sleeves fit these games

Sleeves come in packs of 100 and Codenames will not use a whole pack, so it is worth knowing what else the spares cover.

Not every game is standard: Coup (65 × 100 mm) and Dixit (79 × 120 mm) need their own size.
